Founded in 1984 by Jan Jones, Basket of Pittsburgh (or, as our friends call us, BOP!) has evolved over the years into the coolest destination for Pittsburgh-themed and custom corporate gifts. Along the way, our online retail shop and warehouse expanded to 5,000 sq. feet; our products multiplied to over 250 gift ideas!

We also had our share of gifts during this time. In May of 2005, BOP was named by Gift Basket Review Magazine as one of the top 10 basket businesses in the country. Even before the champagne ran out, in June of 2006, we were appointed the official provider of Gift Baskets to Major League Baseball for the 2006 All-Star Game! Fast forward to 2018, Basket of Pittsburgh is awarded VisitPITTSBURGH’s Partner of the Year for our outstanding execution of 4,000 welcome gifts to the PCMA convention attendees.
